Orders

Placing a pickup order asks us to hold those items for you to collect; prices are confirmed at pickup. Sales tax is added as it would be at the counter. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available, and we'll tell you why.

Delivery

Delivery orders are paid online: the total is held on your card when you order and taken when the order is handed over. Before ordering you verify your photo ID and confirm the delivery statement. Someone 21 or older must take the order in person, with valid photo ID and a signature; nothing is left at the door. If it can't be handed over, it comes back to the shop and the hold is released.

Pickup

Orders are collected in store by the person who placed them, with valid photo ID for any age-restricted item. Payment is taken at pickup.

Cancelling

You can cancel online until we start on your order. After that, call the shop.

Text messages

Texts from 7th Heaven Smoke Shop are verification codes you ask for and updates about an order when you tick the box for them at checkout; we don't send deals or news by text. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
