Text messages
7th Heaven Smoke Shop sends text messages only to customers who ask for them. This page explains what we text, how you join, and how to stop. It is part of our Terms and is covered by our Privacy Policy.
What we text
Two things, and only when you ask for them: a verification code, when you ask for one to prove your mobile number; and updates about an order you place on this website, when you tick the box for them at checkout — that your order was received, that it is ready for pickup or on its way, that it was delivered, or that it was cancelled. We don't send deals, news or anything else by text. Offers go by email, and only to customers who ask for them.
Our texts are for adults 21 and older. They are about your code or your order only: they never sell anything, never ask for payment and never name a product or its price.
How you join
Order updates: at checkout
Under the mobile number at checkout there is an optional box. It is never ticked for you, and leaving it unticked never affects your order. Ticking it means texts about that one order. This is the box exactly as it appears:

We keep each yes with the order it was given for: the number, when it was given, and the exact words shown.
Verification codes: on your account
Sign in, enter your mobile number on your account page and choose “Text me a code”. Codes are sent for us by our text provider, Twilio, one each time you ask.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies: a few texts for each order you choose them for, and one for each code you ask for. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping, and help
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you: we send one text to confirm, and nothing more after it. Reply START to undo that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us on (254) 393-0305 or at hello@7thheavensmoke.shop.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays with us
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. More in our Privacy Policy.
